Use the best-quality original you have — we print what you send and don't automatically restore or upscale old photos. Our uploader accepts common phone formats (including many HEIC files) and converts them to a print-ready JPEG on our side. Each file can be up to about 15 MB before processing. If something still won't go through, try exporting as JPEG from your Photos app or use a slightly smaller crop, then contact us above.
